Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized and custom items may require additional production time before shipping.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order type. Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple locations.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
