🎨 Personalization & Customization
How does personalization work?
It's simple! Choose your product, click on Personalize design, once inside the product, click on personalize, then click the image area to upload your pet's photo. Click the text field and type in your pet's name. Prefer our product image? No problem — just keep it and update the name only! Add to your cart! Our team then crafts your custom item with love and care before it ships out.
What photo quality do I need?
Please upload a clear, high-resolution photo at a minimum of 300 DPI. JPG or PNG formats are preferred. The higher the quality of your photo, the sharper and more beautiful your final product will be! Front-facing shots with good lighting work best.
Please note: Since your product is personalized and made to order, we are unable to be responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images submitted below 300 DPI. Please double-check your image quality before uploading.
Can I preview my personalized item before it's made?
We don't currently offer live previews, but our team carefully reviews every order to ensure your pet looks their absolute best on the final product.

How long does production take?
Since every item is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Since this is a personalized item, Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because every product at PawCraft Essentials is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely crafted upon order, which means it cannot be resold or reused.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our end, we will replace it at absolutely no cost to you — no questions asked. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
⚠️ Important: Please ensure your uploaded photo meets the minimum 300 DPI requirement. Print quality issues resulting from low-resolution images provided by the buyer are not covered under our replacement policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at support@mypawshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right immediately. That's our Happiness Promise. 💛
What if I'm not happy with how my pet looks on the product?
If the personalization doesn't meet your expectations due to an error on our end, we'll redo it. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Please note that dissatisfaction due to low image quality (below 300 DPI) submitted by the buyer is not eligible for a replacement.
